Throughout these Terms, the words “User”, “Learner”, “Customer”, “you”, and “your” refer to any individual or entity accessing or using our Services. By accessing our website, registering an account, enrolling in a course, purchasing any product or service, or otherwise using any part of our Services, you agree to be legally bound by these Terms, our Privacy Policy, Refund Policy, and any additional policies, notices, or guidelines published by MechVeda from time to time. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must immediately discontinue the use of our Services. Any new features, tools, products, educational resources, or services introduced by MechVeda in the future shall also be governed by these Terms unless separate terms are expressly provided. We reserve the right to update, modify, replace, or revise these Terms at any time. Updated versions will be published on this page together with the revised Effective Date. Your continued use of the Services after such changes become effective constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

MechVeda shall not be liable for any loss arising from your failure to protect your account credentials.

SECTION 4 – ACCOUNT SHARING Each purchase is intended for a single registered user only. Unless expressly authorized by MechVeda in writing, you shall not: Share your account credentials with another person. Permit multiple individuals to access the Services through a single account. Sell, rent, lease, sublicense, or transfer your account. Allow organizations, institutions, coaching centres, or businesses to use an individual account for multiple users. Circumvent user limits or licensing restrictions by any technical or non-technical means. If MechVeda reasonably believes that your account is being shared, resold, or otherwise misused, we reserve the right to: Suspend or terminate your account; Restrict access to purchased content; Require identity verification; Refuse future purchases; and Take any other action reasonably necessary to protect the Platform and its intellectual property.

SECTION 5 – ACCEPTABLE USE You agree to use the Services only in accordance with applicable laws and these Terms. You shall not directly or indirectly: Use the Services for any unlawful, fraudulent, or unauthorized purpose. Violate any applicable local, national, or international laws or regulations. Attempt unauthorized access to any part of the Platform. Interfere with or disrupt the operation of the Platform. Upload malicious software, viruses, worms, ransomware, trojans, spyware, or any harmful code. Use bots, crawlers, scrapers, automated scripts, or similar technologies to access the Platform. Reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or otherwise attempt to discover the source code of any software used by the Platform. Remove, modify, or obscure copyright notices or proprietary markings. Misrepresent your identity or impersonate another individual or organization. Submit false, inaccurate, or misleading information. Abuse, threaten, harass, intimidate, or discriminate against any person. Use the Services in any manner that could damage, disable, overburden, or impair the Platform. Any violation of this Section may result in immediate suspension or permanent termination of your account.

SECTION 6 – CONTENT PROTECTION All educational materials made available through MechVeda are protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. Unless expressly permitted in writing, you shall not: Copy course videos. Record live classes. Screen record or capture course videos. Download streaming content using unauthorized software. Upload any course material to YouTube, Telegram, Google Drive, Dropbox, Discord, Facebook, WhatsApp, or any other platform for public or private distribution. Sell, rent, lease, sublicense, or redistribute any educational material. Share downloadable PDFs or other learning resources with third parties. Remove copyright notices or ownership information. Create competing educational products using MechVeda Content. Unauthorized distribution of our educational materials may result in immediate account termination and legal action to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law.

SECTION 7 – ARTIFICIAL INTELLIGENCE (AI) To protect the originality and value of our educational content, you agree that you shall not use any Content or Services provided by MechVeda for the purpose of: Training artificial intelligence or machine learning models. Creating AI datasets. Developing automated educational products that substantially reproduce MechVeda Content. Redistributing AI-generated material derived primarily from MechVeda Content for commercial purposes. Nothing in this section prevents you from using publicly available AI tools solely for your own personal learning, understanding, or note-taking, provided such use does not involve unauthorized copying, redistribution, or commercial exploitation of MechVeda Content.

SECTION 8 – MODIFICATIONS TO THE SERVICES MechVeda continually improves its Services. Accordingly, we reserve the right, at any time and without prior notice, to: Introduce new features; Modify existing Services; Improve course content; Correct errors; Remove obsolete material; Update downloadable resources; Change the design or functionality of the Platform; or Discontinue specific features where reasonably necessary. Such modifications shall not constitute a breach of these Terms.

SECTION 9 – OUR SERVICES MechVeda provides educational and informational services related to manufacturing, CNC machining, VMC machining, CAD/CAM, engineering concepts, industrial automation, career guidance, and other related subjects. Our Services may include, without limitation: Online video courses; Live training sessions; Recorded classes; Downloadable notes, PDFs, worksheets, templates, and reference materials; Practice exercises; CNC programs and sample files (where applicable); Webinars; Community learning sessions; Technical updates; Future educational products and services introduced by MechVeda. Certain Services may be available only after payment of the applicable fee and may be offered for a limited period or subject to additional eligibility requirements. We reserve the right to introduce, modify, suspend, replace, or discontinue any Service at our sole discretion without prior notice.

SECTION 10 – PRICING AND PAYMENTS Certain Services offered through the Platform require payment before access is granted. All prices displayed on the Platform are subject to change without prior notice. Applicable taxes, where required by law, may be charged in addition to the listed price. Payments are processed through secure third-party payment service providers. MechVeda does not store your complete debit card, credit card, UPI PIN, CVV, banking password, or similar sensitive payment credentials. By making a purchase, you represent and warrant that: You are legally authorized to use the selected payment method. The payment information provided is accurate and complete. You have sufficient authority to complete the transaction. MechVeda reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order where fraud, pricing errors, unauthorized activity, technical issues, or misuse of the Platform is reasonably suspected.

SECTION 11 – REFUND POLICY Refunds, cancellations, replacements, and related matters shall be governed exclusively by MechVeda’s separate Refund Policy. Before purchasing any course or Service, you are encouraged to carefully review the Refund Policy available on our website. Nothing contained in these Terms shall override or modify the Refund Policy.

SECTION 12 – THIRD-PARTY SERVICES The Platform may integrate with or provide access to third-party products or services including, without limitation: Payment gateways; Learning Management Systems (LMS); Cloud hosting providers; Email service providers; Video hosting platforms; Communication tools; Analytics services; Authentication providers; and Other technology partners. These third-party services operate independently. MechVeda does not control and is not responsible for the availability, security, functionality, accuracy, privacy practices, or performance of such third-party services. Your use of any third-party service shall be governed by that provider’s own terms and policies.

SECTION 13 – THIRD-PARTY LINKS Our Platform may contain links to external websites, software, products, or services operated by third parties. These links are provided solely for your convenience and informational purposes. MechVeda does not endorse, control, monitor, or guarantee the accuracy, reliability, availability, legality, or security of any third-party website or service. You acknowledge that your access to any third-party website is entirely at your own risk.

SECTION 14 – USER SUBMISSIONS If you voluntarily submit comments, reviews, testimonials, feedback, suggestions, questions, ideas, emails, survey responses, or other materials (“User Submissions”), you grant MechVeda a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual, irrevocable, transferable, and sublicensable license to use, reproduce, publish, display, adapt, modify, translate, distribute, and otherwise use such User Submissions for the operation, promotion, improvement, and marketing of the Platform. You represent and warrant that: You own or have the necessary rights to submit such material. Your submission does not violate any applicable law. Your submission does not infringe the rights of any third party. You remain solely responsible for the content you submit. MechVeda reserves the right, but not the obligation, to review, edit, refuse, or remove any User Submission that, in our reasonable opinion, violates these Terms or applicable law.

SECTION 15 – INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY Unless otherwise stated, all rights, title, and interest in the Platform and its contents are owned by or licensed to MechVeda. This includes, without limitation: Course videos; Course structure; Teaching methodology; Training material; PDFs; Presentations; Notes; Images; Illustrations; Graphics; Logos; Brand names; Trademarks; Source code; Website design; Audio recordings; Video recordings; CNC programs; CAD/CAM files; Downloadable resources; and All other intellectual property rights associated with the Platform. Nothing contained in these Terms transfers ownership of any intellectual property rights to you.

SECTION 16 – COPYRIGHT COMPLAINTS MechVeda respects the intellectual property rights of others. If you believe that any content available on the Platform infringes your copyright or other intellectual property rights, you may contact us with sufficient details to enable us to investigate the matter. Where appropriate, MechVeda may remove or disable access to allegedly infringing material while the matter is being reviewed.

SECTION 17 – PRIVACY Your privacy is important to us. Where required by applicable law, promotional communications will be sent only with your consent, and you may opt out at any time using the unsubscribe option or by contacting us. Operational or transactional communications necessary for your account or purchased Services may continue even if you opt out of marketing communications.

SECTION 19 – SUSPENSION OR TERMINATION Without limiting any other rights or remedies available to us, MechVeda reserves the right, at its sole discretion and without prior notice where permitted by law, to suspend, restrict, or permanently terminate your access to the Platform if: You violate these Terms; You misuse the Platform; You engage in fraudulent or unlawful activity; You share your account; You distribute or reproduce our educational materials without authorization; You infringe our intellectual property rights; You attempt unauthorized access to our systems; You interfere with the security or operation of the Platform; or Your conduct may reasonably expose MechVeda or its users to legal, financial, operational, or reputational risk. Termination of your access shall not affect any rights, remedies, obligations, or liabilities that accrued prior to such termination.

SECTION 20 – DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES The Services, Platform, Content, and all materials made available by MechVeda are provided on an “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” basis to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law. While we strive to provide accurate, up-to-date, and high-quality educational content, MechVeda does not warrant or guarantee that: The Platform will always be available without interruption; The Services will be error-free or uninterrupted; Any defects will be corrected immediately; The Platform will always be compatible with every device, browser, or operating system; The information provided will always be complete, current, or free from errors; or The Platform or its servers will always be free from viruses, malware, or other harmful components. To the fullest extent permitted by law, MechVeda expressly disclaims all express, implied, statutory, or other warranties, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, non-infringement, and any warranties arising from a course of dealing, usage, or trade practice.

SECTION 21 – EDUCATIONAL PURPOSE All courses, videos, downloadable resources, technical explanations, CNC programs, CAD/CAM files, engineering examples, career guidance, and other educational materials available through MechVeda are provided solely for educational and informational purposes. The Content should not be interpreted as professional engineering advice, legal advice, financial advice, tax advice, employment advice, or any other professional service. Although every reasonable effort is made to ensure the accuracy of the educational material, manufacturing technologies, software versions, CNC controllers, machine configurations, tooling, safety standards, and industrial practices may change over time. Accordingly, users should independently verify technical information before applying it in practical manufacturing or industrial environments.

SECTION 22 – SAFETY DISCLAIMER Many of the educational materials provided through MechVeda involve industrial machinery, CNC machines, VMC machines, cutting tools, measuring instruments, CAD/CAM software, manufacturing processes, and engineering techniques. Improper use of machinery, software, tooling, or manufacturing methods may result in equipment damage, production losses, financial losses, serious injury, or death. Accordingly, you acknowledge and agree that you are solely responsible for: Following all applicable workplace safety rules; Wearing appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE); Following the manufacturer’s operating manuals and safety instructions; Performing simulations, dry runs, or verification procedures before running CNC programs on production machines; Obtaining appropriate supervision where required; and Ensuring compliance with all applicable safety regulations in your workplace and jurisdiction. MechVeda shall not be responsible for any injury, damage, loss, claim, liability, or consequence arising from the practical application or misuse of the educational material provided through the Platform.

SECTION 23 – NO GUARANTEE OF RESULTS Your success depends upon numerous factors that are beyond MechVeda’s control, including your prior knowledge, learning ability, dedication, practical experience, workplace environment, and market conditions. Accordingly, MechVeda does not guarantee: Employment; Job placement; Promotions; Salary increases; Business success; Freelancing opportunities; Career advancement; Professional recognition; or Any specific learning outcome. Testimonials, reviews, case studies, and success stories shared by learners represent individual experiences and should not be interpreted as guarantees that every user will achieve similar results.

SECTION 24 – LIMITATION OF LIABILITY To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, MechVeda, its directors, officers, employees, instructors, affiliates, licensors, contractors, partners, service providers, and representatives shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, exemplary, punitive, or special damages arising out of or relating to: Your access to or use of the Platform; Your inability to access the Platform; Errors or omissions in educational content; Technical failures; Internet interruptions; Loss of data; Loss of profits; Business interruption; Manufacturing losses; Machine downtime; Production delays; Equipment damage; Loss of goodwill; or Any reliance placed upon information provided through the Platform. Where applicable law limits the exclusion of liability, MechVeda’s liability shall be limited to the maximum extent permitted by such law.

SECTION 25 – USER RESPONSIBILITY You acknowledge and agree that: You are solely responsible for how you use the information obtained through the Platform; You assume all risks associated with implementing any educational material in practical situations; You are responsible for ensuring compliance with applicable laws, workplace policies, and safety standards; and You are responsible for maintaining appropriate backups of any work or files created using information obtained through the Platform. Nothing contained in the Platform shall relieve you of your independent professional judgment or legal responsibilities.

SECTION 26 – INDEMNIFICATION You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless MechVeda, its directors, officers, employees, instructors, affiliates, licensors, contractors, partners, service providers, and representatives from and against any claims, demands, actions, proceedings, liabilities, damages, judgments, losses, costs, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or relating to: Your breach of these Terms; Your misuse of the Platform or Services; Your violation of any applicable law; Your infringement of any intellectual property rights; Your negligent, fraudulent, or unlawful conduct; or Your unauthorized copying, distribution, or commercial exploitation of MechVeda Content.

SECTION 27 – FORCE MAJEURE MechVeda shall not be liable for any delay or failure in performing its obligations where such delay or failure results from events beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to: Natural disasters; Floods; Fires; Earthquakes; Epidemics or pandemics; War; Terrorism; Civil unrest; Government actions or restrictions; Internet outages; Power failures; Cyberattacks; Failure of third-party service providers; Labour disputes; or Any other event beyond our reasonable control. During such events, our obligations shall be suspended for the duration of the affected period to the extent reasonably necessary.

SECTION 28 – THIRD-PARTY CONTENT From time to time, the Platform may reference or include third-party software, products, documentation, websites, videos, articles, machine manufacturers, tooling manufacturers, controller manufacturers, or other external resources for educational purposes. Such references do not constitute an endorsement, sponsorship, partnership, or recommendation by MechVeda unless expressly stated. MechVeda makes no representations regarding the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of third-party content and accepts no responsibility for any loss or damage arising from its use.

SECTION 29 – USER FEEDBACK If you voluntarily provide suggestions, recommendations, ideas, feature requests, reviews, testimonials, or other feedback regarding the Platform or Services (“Feedback”), you grant MechVeda a worldwide, perpetual, irrevocable, royalty-free, transferable, and sublicensable right to use, reproduce, modify, publish, distribute, and incorporate such Feedback into our Services without compensation or obligation to you. Providing Feedback does not create any ownership rights or entitlement to compensation.

SECTION 30 – SURVIVAL Any provisions of these Terms which by their nature are intended to survive termination shall continue to remain in effect after termination or expiration of your access to the Platform. These include, without limitation: Intellectual Property Rights; Content Protection; Artificial Intelligence Restrictions; Payment Obligations; Disclaimers; Limitation of Liability; Indemnification; Governing Law; Dispute Resolution; and Any other provisions necessary to give effect to these Terms.

SECTION 31 – TERMINATION These Terms shall remain effective unless and until terminated by either you or MechVeda. You may terminate these Terms at any time by: Discontinuing your use of the Platform; Closing your account (where applicable); and Ceasing to access or use any Services provided by MechVeda. MechVeda may suspend, restrict, or terminate your access to all or any part of the Platform immediately, with or without prior notice, if we reasonably believe that: You have violated these Terms; You have engaged in fraudulent, unlawful, or abusive conduct; Your account has been compromised or misused; You have infringed the intellectual property rights of MechVeda or any third party; Your continued access may expose MechVeda, its users, or its partners to legal, financial, operational, or security risks; or Such action is otherwise required to comply with applicable law or a lawful request from a competent authority. Termination of your access shall not affect any rights, obligations, remedies, or liabilities that have accrued prior to the effective date of termination.

SECTION 32 – ENTIRE AGREEMENT These Terms of Use, together with our Privacy Policy, Refund Policy, and any additional policies, notices, or guidelines published by MechVeda from time to time, constitute the complete and exclusive agreement between you and MechVeda regarding your access to and use of the Platform. These Terms supersede all previous discussions, communications, understandings, proposals, representations, or agreements, whether oral or written, relating to the same subject matter.

SECTION 33 – SEVERABILITY If any provision of these Terms is determined by a court or other competent authority to be unlawful, invalid, or unenforceable, that provision shall be enforced to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law. The remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect and shall not be affected by the invalidity or unenforceability of any individual provision.

Any waiver shall be effective only if made expressly in writing by an authorized representative of MechVeda. A waiver of any breach shall not be deemed to be a waiver of any subsequent or continuing breach.

SECTION 35 – ASSIGNMENT You may not assign, transfer, sublicense, delegate, or otherwise transfer any of your rights or obligations under these Terms without the prior written consent of MechVeda. MechVeda may assign or transfer its rights and obligations under these Terms, in whole or in part, to any affiliate, successor, purchaser, or other legal entity without requiring your prior consent, provided such transfer is made in accordance with applicable law.

SECTION 36 – GOVERNING LAW These Terms of Use and any separate agreements whereby we provide you with Services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to the Creator’s home jurisdiction, without regard to its conflict of law principles. You agree, as we do, to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in the Creator’s home jurisdiction for the resolution of any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Services. Nothing in this Section shall prevent MechVeda from seeking interim, equitable, or injunctive relief before any court of competent jurisdiction where necessary to protect its intellectual property, confidential information, or other legal rights.

SECTION 37 – CHANGES TO THESE TERMS MechVeda reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to modify, update, replace, or revise these Terms at any time. Whenever material changes are made, the updated version will be published on this page together with the revised Effective Date. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. Your continued use of the Platform after revised Terms become effective constitutes your acceptance of those changes. If you do not agree with any revised Terms, you must discontinue your use of the Platform.

SECTION 38 – ELECTRONIC COMMUNICATIONS By accessing the Platform, creating an account, purchasing any Service, or communicating with MechVeda electronically, you consent to receive communications from us by email, notifications, or other electronic means. You agree that all agreements, notices, disclosures, invoices, receipts, policy updates, and other communications provided electronically satisfy any legal requirement that such communications be in writing, to the extent permitted by applicable law.
