This Refund Policy explains how refunds, cancellations, payment issues, and related matters are handled for courses, digital products, and other services offered by MechVeda (“Services”). By purchasing any Service from MechVeda, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to this Refund Policy.

1. Overview MechVeda primarily provides digital educational content, including online courses, recorded sessions, live classes, downloadable learning materials, and other digital resources. Due to the nature of digital products, access to purchased content is generally granted immediately or shortly after successful payment. Accordingly, refunds are handled in accordance with this Policy and applicable law.

Current Refund Policy At present, MechVeda generally does not offer refunds for successfully purchased digital courses, downloadable products, or other digital educational Services once access has been provided. However, MechVeda reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to review and approve refund requests in exceptional circumstances or where required by applicable law. Approval or rejection of any refund request shall depend on the specific facts and circumstances of each case.

4. Situations Where a Refund May Be Considered Without creating any obligation to issue a refund, MechVeda may consider a refund in situations such as: Duplicate payment for the same purchase; Multiple accidental charges for the same order; A verified technical issue that permanently prevents access to the purchased Service and cannot reasonably be resolved; Incorrect payment caused by a confirmed system error; Any other circumstance that MechVeda determines, in its reasonable discretion, justifies a refund; and Situations where a refund is required under applicable law. The submission of a refund request does not guarantee that a refund will be approved.

5. Situations Where Refunds Will Normally Not Be Available Refund requests will generally not be approved in situations including, but not limited to: Change of mind after purchase; Purchasing the wrong course without verifying the course details; Lack of time to complete the course; Personal scheduling conflicts; Dissatisfaction based solely on personal preference where the course substantially matches its published description; Failure to complete the course; Failure to understand the course due to lack of prerequisite knowledge; Internet connectivity issues on the user’s side; Device compatibility issues not caused by MechVeda; Failure to read the course description before purchase; Violation of the Terms of Use; Account suspension resulting from misuse of the Platform; and Requests made after significant access or use of the purchased digital content, unless otherwise required by applicable law.

6. Technical Issues If you experience any technical difficulty accessing your purchased course or Service, we encourage you to contact us before requesting a refund. In many cases, access issues can be resolved through technical support without the need for a refund.

7. Duplicate Payments If you believe you have been charged more than once for the same purchase, please contact us as soon as reasonably possible with: Your registered email address; Transaction ID; Payment receipt; and A brief description of the issue. Verified duplicate payments may be refunded or otherwise adjusted at MechVeda’s discretion.

8. Failed or Pending Transactions If your payment fails or remains pending but money has been deducted from your account, the matter is generally handled by your payment provider or bank. Where necessary, MechVeda will reasonably cooperate in investigating the issue. Processing timelines for such matters depend upon the relevant payment provider or financial institution.

9. Chargebacks If you initiate a payment dispute or chargeback through your bank, card issuer, or payment provider without first contacting MechVeda, we reserve the right to: Suspend access to your account during the investigation; Restrict future purchases; Provide relevant transaction records to the payment provider; and Take any other action permitted under applicable law. We encourage users to contact us first so that payment issues may be resolved as efficiently as possible.

10. Refund Processing Where a refund is approved, it will generally be processed using the original payment method whenever reasonably possible. The time required for the refunded amount to appear in your account depends upon your payment provider, bank, card issuer, or financial institution. MechVeda is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment providers or banks after the refund has been initiated.

11. Changes to This Refund Policy MechVeda reserves the right to modify, update, or replace this Refund Policy at any time. Any revised version will be published on our website together with the updated Effective Date. Your continued use of our Services after such changes become effective constitutes your acceptance of the revised Refund Policy.
